Company Accounts & Tax Return

Companies registered in England and Wales must prepare and submit annual accounts to Companies House, and annual Corporation Tax Return to HMRC. Failing to do this on time would attract non-filing and late-filing penalties from both Companies House and HMRC. Companies House would strike-off (close down) your company from the companies register if you don't file your company's annual accounts after their reminders and/or warnings.

Complete the Order Form below if your company's annual turnover (annual income) is not more than £5 million for us to prepare and submit your company's annual accounts and tax return to Companies House and HMRC respectively, on your behalf.

This can be found on letters from Companies House to your company. You can look it up on Companies House website by searching for your company name.

Company UTR Number *

The company UTR can be found on most letters from HMRC to your company as Reference. If you cannot find it, you can request a reminder from HMRC which will be posted to the company's registered address. This would normally arrive within 7 days. We will need the company UTR

Company Authentication Code *

The Company Authentication Code was sent from Companies House to the director/s when the company was registered. If you cannot find it, you can request a reminder from Companies House to be posted to the company's registered address. This will take about 7 days to arrive. We can only submit the Confirmation Statement when you have both the Authentication Code.
